1.  P.ublicly R.eveal / discern how 'power holder' policies violate 'public' / general /  values / traditions / self-interest

2.  Focus issue and moral violations in 'public' forums  /  keep 'hotly contested'

3.  Keep issue and powerholder policy on public agenda / eg. aid to Contras was voted on in Congress / instead of carried / secretly / by CIA

4.  Counter powerholder's / social myths / justifications / Denials / problems exist

5.  Counter the powerholder's Demonology / eg. inter racial demonstrations for Jena Six // acknowledge class issues / states of mind

6.  Engage Come.Unity in collaborative initiatives challenging 'powerholder policies' / xplore, promote & envision enduring 'alternatives' / exercise consensus / patience / counsel

7.  Do Not Compromise too much too soon

8.  Have an "endgame strategy" that mobilises the populace and institutions to create  Smooth Change / despite the determined opposition of the 'central powerholders'

9.  Movement organizations and leadership / +++especially+++ at the  national and regional levels / should serve nurture and Em.Power the grassroots activists / while promoting inclusive participatory channels of communication / integrated laterally
